I started making this recipe a few years back when Bobby and I were not eating red meat. Once you eat this meatloaf, you will wonder how you ever lived without it. I gave the recipe to my niece Andrea Jane after she discovered that her son was very allergic to meats. She made it for her family and they loved it!

3/4 cup Heinz Ketchup
3/4 cup quaker oats
4 egg whites
1 Onion chopped
1 1/4 pd lean ground turkey
1pkg Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
Mix turkey, oats, egg whites, salsa, onion, and soup mix together. Mold into pan. Top with the Ketchup and bake for 1 hour.
This recipe is awesome! Tastes great and you would never know it is lowfat!
